Dr. Melissa Furman has a rich academic background through studying business, counseling, and psychology and serving as the assistant dean at the James M. Hull College of Business at Augusta University. She also served as a faculty member at multiple esteemed universities including Johns Hopkins, Emory, UNC-Chapel Hill and Georgia Tech before hitting the streets to share her expertise. Throughout her experience, Melissa uncovered her true passion for impacting others through workforce, leadership and professional development resulting in the launch of Career Potential, a speaking, consulting, training, and coaching organization.
